Summertime, and the living is easy

We may all be looking forward to our summer holidays and evening barbecues but don't forget the garden wildlife.
At this time of year we should continue feeding the newly independent fleglings along with second broods and adult birds as they go through thier moult. Additionally, we can help hedgehog mothers and babies by putting out a little food and fresh water every eveneing at dusk.
Keep feeders clean, put out clean water each day and try to arrange for feeders to be topped up when we go on our holidays and offer to help neigbours while they are away.
